*Eligibility Requirements:
You may qualify for the Nissan Military Program if you meet one or more of the following criteria:
- U.S. Active & Reserve Military: Active or Reserve members of the U.S. Army, Army National Guard, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Air National Guard, Coast Guard, or U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, including spouse or domestic partner.
- U.S. Military Veterans: Veterans within 24 months of separation from Active or Reserve duty.
- U.S. Military Retirees: Military personnel who have completed 20 or more years of Active or Reserve duty, including those on the Permanent Disability Retired List (PDRL) or Temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL).
- Surviving Spouses & Gold Star Family Members: Eligible participants include surviving spouses, children, or parents. Required documentation may include a DD-214, Summary of Benefits letter, or death certificate.
